Jaguars owner Shad Khan strategies 4 Seasons Resort floor-breaking

Khan and his Iguana Investments must spend at least $301 million in private funding for the 5-star growth that would consist of about 176 lodge rooms, 25 luxurious condominiums and a 6-tale Class A office building, according to phrases of the progress settlement.
