With all its culinary offerings, it is often tricky to maintain up with adjustments at Put up Market, the extensive downtown food corridor in Article Houston, 401 Franklin. Blink and a seller could be absent or extra to the roster.

In the latter camp is the arrival of P&J’s Wich Shoppe, a new pop-up of elevated sandwiches and salads. The sando thought is the function of FAM Hospitality’s Paul Qui and James Gnizak, head chef of Koko Ni, FAM’s American Izakaya cafe in Denver. There’s also two salads: wedge romaine with Caesar dressing, and a environmentally friendly salad with apples, pecans and green goddess dressing.

There’s no declared conclusion date to the P&J pop-up depending on enterprise it may well be a Put up Industry keeper.
